Waiakea Hawaiian Volcanic Water is Outperforming the Competition

The bottled water industry is large and in charge. It is a powerful component of the food and beverage marketing system within America. Many people might not understand why bottled water is so important but the fact is that this beverage is a favorite among consumers.

Over the past 15 years many people have come to enjoy bottled water drinks because of their outlook on a healthy lifestyle. Honestly, many pop and sugary sweet drink products have been getting a bad name. This is especially true for the soda companies. Many health advocate groups and parents have been up in arms for years about the link between sodas and American obesity. Especially, among the youth of this country.

According to Crunchbase, Bottled water companies such as Waiakea water provides consumers with a healthier and refreshing alternative to sodas and fruit flavored sugary drinks. Many consumers are now more conscious of their health and they want to consume healthy products that build up their body. Bottled water is definitely one product that does this.

Waiakea water is loaded with lots of minerals and nutrients. This water is captured from the Mauna Loa volcano in Hawaii. This particular active volcanic land mass typically receives a huge amount of fresh rain and snow melt every year.

When the water rushes down the side of the volcano it absorbs many nutrients and minerals. Once these nutrients and minerals are placed into the water; the Waiakea uses their collection methods to gather it up. After the water, has been processed; it is then bottled and sold to the public. The nutrients and fresh taste is not compromised during the processing phase.

According to Gust, Waiakea water is now exploding in the world of bottled beverages. This bottled beverage has received a 4000% increase since it was first brought to the market within Hawaii. Now it is being sold in over 30 states and management is looking to expand this product into overseas markets.

Waiakea’s brand is at the top of its game. Not too many other beverage brands can compete with it. Soda brands have slow growth because they are so well entrenched within the market. Sugary sweet soft drinks are losing more ground as each day passes.

Various competitive bottled water brands are trying to slug it out with Waiakea but they are still losing the battle. Waiakea water is just outperforming everyone for now. The brand’s phenomenal growth rate is living proof of its dominance within the market. Ultimately, Waiakea is just outperforming the competition and probably will not be slowing down for a while.

Brad Reifler Speaks Investments

It is one thing to have knowledge and experience in a certain field, and another to share the information to benefit others beside oneself. If most expert used their knowledge to benefit the general public, the world would definitely be a better place to be. Brad Reifler is changing the whole concept of investing by sharing his adeptness with the common citizens and people who are interested in investing their money. Some people invest a part of their money while others go all in with their savings. It doesn’t matter the amount of money being invested, all that matters is finding the right investment and getting the value of what you expected.

In an article, Brad classifies investors into two, those who have the government’s support in investing their money in public funds and the majority who are barred by the government in investing into the same projects. This may seem quite unfair to the majority of the citizens but that is exactly what happens. Brad acknowledges this fact and thus sees this as an opportunity to share his insights with the majority of the people who don’t trust the system enough to invest.

One of the key points Brad advises investors is to be cautious when investing their money. As much as the stock market may seem more fascinating, he cautions investors to spread their money so that in case the stock market fail, they have a backup plan. Secondly, he urges the investors to get to know their fund managers more. There are so many investing companies but it is important to get to know that person who advises you on the investment plans. And more importantly, it is important to have a mission and a goal. The reason why you invest is an important guide to investing.

Brad Reifler is known as the serial entrepreneur and the chief executive officer of Forefront Capital. He has worked with several other companies in his career and founded others as well. Before founding the Forefront Capital, he was the CEO and the chairman of Pali Capital, a financial service firm that he founded as well.

He is also a graduate with a bachelor’s degree in economics and political science. He has tonnes of experiences as an entrepreneur and especially an investment consultant. In the companies that he has founded and worked with, he has left a name for himself and is a respectable advisor.

Fabletics is Changing the Way People Shop

Actress Kate Hudson is the co-founder of Fabletics active wear. The actress is changing the way people shop by making a flexible VIP membership for Fabletics customers. Most companies who sell products online and in stores are worried about how other online companies like Amazon effect their sales. Fabletics is definitely not one of those companies.

When visiting the Fabletics website, customers are greeted by multiple models, including Kate Hudson, wearing various athletic outfits. Customers are offered the $10 first two-piece outfit deal when they become a VIP member with Fabletics. When signing up, customers have to take a short style quiz which asks what is their favorite way to get fit, where is their favorite place to work out at, which colors best match their style, which diagram best mirrors their body type, and their size preferences for tops, bottoms, and sport bras. Once becoming a Fabletics VIP member, customers can chose their first outfit. The company promotes their $10 intro price outfits the most when a VIP member first joins, but if the customer does not particularly like any of the $10 outfits there are $25 and $35 intro price outfits to pick from as well. VIP members get exclusive access to exclusive outfits and VIP members-only sale events. After the customer buys the $10, $25, or $35 intro price outfit and they are satisfied with their outfit and want to continue their membership, customers can shop for their outfit between the 1st and 5th of each month. If the customer decides that they want to pass on their outfit of the month, they can simply login onto the Fabletics website and say that they want to pass on that month and the customer will not be charged. If the customer does not want the outfit that month, but do not login and say that they want to pass on that outfit, the customer will still be charged for $49.95 that month, but will be able to use that as credit towards their next outfit purchase.

Fabletics is a growing company which is primarily focused on the Internet, but they are using a newer technique called the reverse showroom technique. Fabletics is tied to this technique in Paul Armstrong’s article “How Kate Hudson’s Fabletics Is Takinng On Amazon” for Forbes. Armstrong mentions in his article that Amazon controls 20 percent of the fashion e-commerce market. Fabletics General Manager Gregg Throgmartin thinks that the reason the company has had so much success over the few years the company has been in business is because of the membership model and providing quality personalized service. Fabletics is using the reverse showroom technique by luring customers online to become members, but the customers are then interested in the Fabletics stores. Around 50 percent of the people that shop in stores are already members, and 25 percent of in-store customers leave as members.

Fabletics is using a smart technique to provide customers with quality and personalized service while being accessible for the customers.

A Meeting Of The Minds On Traffic

On Thursday, December 15, 2016, a panel of experts in transportation met at the Williamson County Growth Summit. This was the 19th year of the Austin Business Journal’s event. The participants included Joseph Kopser (RideScout LLC founder), Leandre Johns (Uber’s Texas External Affairs Director), Jared Ficklin (ArgonDesign product designer), and Mike Heiligenstein (Central Texas Regional Mobility Authority Executive Director).

The focus of this summit was on the growth of suburban Austin communities and the need for transportation improvements.

Heiligenstein, who’s been part of the Central Texas Regional Mobility Authority since inception, oversaw his agency’s first project of 183A in Williamson County, where he served as public official for 23 prior to taking charge of the Mobility Authority. The Mobile Authority was created in 2002 as an independent government agency to serve the transportation system in the counties of Williamson and Travis. In addition to his work in this agency, Heiligenstein is President of the International Bridge, Tunnel and Turnpike Association, is a member on the advisory board of the Texas A&M Transportation Institute, and is active on many other transportation-related committees.

During the panel discussion, Heiligenstein stressed the importance of increasing the efficiency of new and existing roads in the suburban Williamson County, especially with the influx of people coming into the area. While he believes driverless technology in the future can be great, he’s not too optimistic about it solving all the traffic issues. The main focus should be on road, bus, and traffic efficiency now, as the population is growing in the suburbs. Even with over 15 years of improvements to Williamson’s traffic infrastructure, a lot can still be improved to accommodate its growing number of citizens.

Ficklin, while more favorable of autonomous vehicles, agreed that it’s still necessary to improve the road infrastructure now, so the autonomous driving technology can also benefit from it in the future.

Johns of Uber added that commuters in the Austin region need that solution for getting on and off public transportation, and that’s where companies like his come into play. This should improve the overall efficiency of the commute for people who don’t solely depend on cars for their transportation needs. Johns said there’s the need to give the people options to make their daily commutes easier than imagined.

The discussion of Austin traffic held an emphasis for the importance of practical solutions for current times to pave the way for future technologies.

New Brunswick Philanthropist Sam Boraie Helps Feed The Hungry Through Elijah’s Promise

The name Elijah’s Promise comes from a passage in the Hebrew Bible. The passage talks about God calling the prophet Elijah and asking him to stay with a widow at Zarephath during a famine. Elijah asks the widow for food, but she only has enough for one final meal. Elijah told her that if she shares food with him she will never lack food again. She does share, and her jar of flour stays full ever after. Elijah’s Promise, the New Brunswick, New Jersey nonprofit organization, developed their name from that bible passage.

Elijah’s Promise uses food as a tool to help the most vulnerable members of the New Jersey community on boraie.com. The organization operates a culinary arts school, catering business, soup kitchen and a pay-as-you-go café for low-income families and individuals. The volunteers and partners in the community serve more than 100,000 meals every year. The organization also trains unskilled workers for careers in the food industry.

Sam Boraie, one of the members of the well-known Boraie family of New Brunswick, decided that Elijah’s Promise needed him as much as he needed Elijah’s Promise. Sam didn’t need Elijah’s Promise because he was hungry or because he needed a new profession. Boraie needed to give back what the New Brunswick community has given him and his family over the last three decades. Sam needed to help Elijah’s Promise feed and train more people, so he donates his time and money to that organization. Boraie was asked to be on the Advisory Board because of his service and dedication to the community and he accepted. According to Sam, being part of the Elijah’s Promise family has been as rewarding as being part of his own family.

New Brunswick is known for being the home of Rutgers University and Johnson and Johnson, but the city is also the home of the State Theater. The New Brunswick State Theater was established in 1921. In the early days, stars like Gary Cooper, Houdini, Bob Hope, Minnie Pearl, Bela Lugosi, Barbara Stanwyck, and Blackstone the Magician, visited the State Theater. Today, the State Theater is the state’s second-largest not-for-profit entertainment hall. More than 200,000 people visit every year. More than 30,000 teachers and students attend the performances and participate in outreach programs. That’s why Sam Boraie got involved with the State Theater. Sam is an education activist. His donations and his leadership role on the Board of Trustees helps enhance the education process.

Boraie Development LLC has done a lot for the city of New Brunswick in terms of urban development. Sam Boraie decided that he needed to do more than develop new office and condominium buildings. He wants to play an active role in educating and feeding the community that has been so good to him and his family. Omar Boraie was a business visionary. His mission was to rebuild New Brunswick. Sam Boraie is on a mission to give back and pay forward.

The Productiveness Of Shared Office Spaces

People that try to start a career that is independent of the workplace will find that there are a few obstacles they have to overcome. For one thing, they have to adjust to the new way of earning. There is no longer the hourly pay. They also don’t have any boss that is looking over their shoulder. However, this is actually one of the advantages they have over traditional workplaces. Even though there is no hourly pay, there are a lot of advantages to working as a freelancer or an entrepreneur. People often earn wages that surpass their last job.

However, it is important to find a good environment to start work in. A lot of the factors that go into the success of an individual with his career is the environment he is in. A lot of areas where one could go to work often attract people who are there for other reasons. As a result, there is a chance that one is going to be distracted by the others who are not there to work. There are often people that look for the attention of the person who is working on something. This is one of the reasons that shared office spaces are one of the better alternatives. People in those places are totally focused on what they are doing.

One example of NYC coworking spaces is Workville. Workville has a lot of features that encourage people to work on the company or any type of activity that they are trying to get off the ground. For one thing, it is very peaceful. Any interaction is collaborative and people will experience greater success because they are willing to work with one another. Even large corporations are beginning to see the value in these areas. With the free choice of hours and the environment that people are in, a lot of businesses do grow at a quick rate.

Chris burch Looks at the Integrated Growth Between Technology and Fashion

According to the books of history, two different industries have grown seamlessly. These industries complement each other during their stages of development. Over the years, fashion and industry have seen numerous changes. However, there is one remaining constant about the two. Both industries, no matter their differences, grow together. Over time, technology has evolved to become fashionable. On the other hand, fashion has also grown to become technologically fashionable. This is the actual meaning of cohesion. The two industries are interdependent. For this reason, advancement on the other depicts what is happening in the other industry.

According to a study carried out in the United Kingdom, fashion has grown seamless with an impeccable integration with technology. For this reason, the two industries can never grow apart. Any attempt to separate the two will grow falter. A glimpse of the present and past shines a glimpse of the future of the two industries. Let’s look at the details of these allegations made by Chris Burch (https://www.engadget.com/2016/08/31/the-future-storefront-how-brick-and-mortar-retail-will-look/).

The technology was present in the 70s. As a matter of fact, technology has grown over the period of human evolution. When we consult the books of history, technology was imminent in the crudest form the 70s, like any other decade in the past, saw the coming of the boom box. This technology allowed the used to carry along the favorite stations and tunes wherever they went. According to the Chris Burch, this was the most fashionable technology during that time. This technology allowed the used to count on two decks that had seamless functionality. While you use one side to play music, the other hand would record the playing music.

The dawn of the 80s saw the introduction of new technology in the world. Movies were added to the decks. For this reason, one would get a better visual impression rather than music. Television was the most fashionable thing for a family to own. It had the highest privilege in society. When the 90s came to pass, one would get a better experience in music using the Walkman. This was one of the most popular inventions in the music industry. As we can see, technology and fashion have a lot in common. In fact, the two are seamlessly related. The introduction of the iPod revolutionized the technology industry.
